This is the sorceress Gwydion the Black from the mountain village of Eulycis. She does not actually believe in the prophecy, but has agreed to help because of her deep respect for Saga.
While her eyes appear to be purple here, they are actually black as night. The purple glow happens when she uses her magic. I’ll be doing a portrait to show her eyes better without the magic induced glow.
